本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、もると株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「ohmypoint」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意のうえ本アプリを利用するものとします。
1. 適用
- 本規約は、本アプリの利用に関して利用者と当社との間の一切の関係に適用されます。
- 当社が本アプリ上または関連サイトで掲載する個別ルール等は、本規約の一部を構成します。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、ポイント情報の記録・集計・交換履歴管理・バックアップ等を行うための支援ツールです。計算結果、表示内容、推奨情報は参考情報として提供されます。
3. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング等の不正行為
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
4. 免責事項（重要）
- 当社は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、有用性、継続性、特定目的適合性を保証しません。
- 本アプリの計算結果、集計結果、還元率換算、表示内容に誤り（計算ミス・表示ミス・データ不整合等）があった場合でも、当社は責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの不具合、障害、仕様変更、提供中断・終了により利用者または第三者に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
- 端末故障、OS更新、アプリ更新、操作ミス、バックアップ未実施、復元失敗、通信環境その他の理由によるデータ消失・破損・閲覧不能について、当社は責任を負いません。
- 利用者は自己の責任で定期的にバックアップを実施するものとします。
- 法令上許される最大限の範囲で、当社は本アプリ利用に関して生じた間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益について責任を負いません。
5. 外部サービス
本アプリは、広告配信や障害解析等のために第三者サービス（例: AdMob、Firebase）を利用する場合があります。これら外部サービスに起因して生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 利用停止等
当社は、利用者が本規約に違反した場合その他当社が必要と判断した場合、事前通知なく本アプリの利用を制限または停止できるものとします。
8. 規約変更
当社は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
9. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Privacy Policy
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using ohmypoint (the "App") provided by Molto Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the App, users agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
- These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding use of the App.
- Any rules posted in the App or related sites form part of these Terms.
2. Nature of the App
The App is a support tool for recording and aggregating point data, managing exchange history, and backups. Calculation results and displayed data are provided for reference only.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Interfering with operation of the App
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or other improper actions
- Any other conduct we deem inappropriate
4. Disclaimer (Important)
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for errors in calculations, aggregation, conversion rates, or displayed content.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by bugs, failures, specification changes, suspension, or termination of the App.
- We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility due to device failure, OS/app updates, operation mistakes, no backup, restore failure, network issues, or other causes.
- Users are responsible for performing regular backups at their own discretion.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or lost-profit damages.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., AdMob, Firebase) for ads and analytics. We are not responsible for damages arising from such third-party services.
6. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or legitimate right holders.
7. Restriction of Use
We may restrict or suspend use of the App without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or if otherwise necessary.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this page.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our head office location as the court of first instance.

5. 第三方服务
